ALterPoint Selects iCentera To Replace Sales Intranet Site

MINNEAPOLIS, MN. August 16, 2004—iCentera, the leading provider of intelligence centers for Marketing and Sales Effectiveness (MSE), today announced that AlterPoint the leading provider of network change and configuration management (NCCM) solutions has selected the icSuite to replace its sales intranet site. With the icSuite, AlterPoint's global sales teams gain a completely hosted marketing and sales intelligence center. Now, AlterPoint is able to automatically deliver and update mission-critical sales collateral, easily launch new product information and sales materials, and dynamically create partner, customer and prospect portals in minutes. Since adopting iCentera on June 4th, the AlterPoint sales teams have created 80+ portals to effectively support and communicate with prospects, customers and partners.
